What is Expanded Polystyrene (EPS)
Expanded polystyrene is a rigid, lightweight thermoplastic, closed cell foam plastic. By controlling the density of the expanding beads during the manufacturing process, we can custom produce insulation and cushioning materials to the specific requirements of your applications.
The large, molded blocks are hot wire cut on a machine called a "Slabber" to any thickness and length desired.
